Owner Biography
Two Carrot Catering is owned and operated by Denise Tomasulo.
Growing up in a multi-generational household of great cooks, Denise soon
learned that there is no substitute for fresh ingredients and
careful preparation. She went on to study nutrition and cooking techniques
in New York and abroad, including courses with Martha Stewart, Peter Kump
and Judy Francini. Over the years, she has been professionally involved in
the food/entertaining business as chef, baker, party planner, floral designer,
cooking instructor and specialty food wholesaler.
Denise is a member of the Culinary Committee of the National Arts Club,
Slow Food USA, and the New York Botanical Garden.
